Acupuncture is an enjoyable treatment.
Many people find it relieves them of uncomfortable symptoms, in a soothing and gentle manner.
Please note that first appointments do take an hour and a half or so, as a detailed health history is required before treatment can commence. You will not be charged for the consultation, only for the treatment you receive at that time. Subsequent treatments will be 30 minutes to an hour. I will also need details of any medication you take, either prescription or over the counter remedies.
You are advised to have taken a light meal at least an hour or so before treatment, and no alcohol on the day of treatment please. This will help you to feel comfortable and at ease.
